It’s the greatest feeling to see my clients achieve results through regular fitness activities and guided fitness workouts. I believe that with the right training program, a bit of determination and consistency anyone can accomplish their goals.

Guest instructor each night and George and Josie teacher Zouk. $10. Drop-ins welcome and no partner needed. |
